It is 7:35am here so I have not gave dinner a thought yet but i might give that wheat pasta mac and cheese a try, only thing on the ingredient list I would have to run out for is the fat free sour cream. Thank you for sharing your recipe SheWolfSilver!

Isn't it funny how that happens? I love to grill burgers on the grill but when I was pregnant with my youngest son I couldn't even stand the smell of hamburgers cooking. That had never happened to me before.

We had baked Salmon for dinner last night. I served it with Potato casserole, Corn, and a salad. I am not sure what we will have tonight. It is making me hungry to read this thread. I am always looking for new dishes to try. I find it gets boring to cook the same dishes over and over again.

Today I had a grilled chicken salad, and a can of fruit on the side. I am trying to diet, and it has been so hard!

My son and husband wanted chicken fried steak this week so that's what I made. I tried to make everything as healthy as I could. I used very little oil and mashed the potatoes with chicken stock and skim milk instead of cream and butter. I also didn't make biscuits and gravy to go with it like I usually do. LOL

Last night I had a "healthy" bean burrito. Refried beans and a little bit of cheese in a whole wheat, fiber tortilla. It was actually delicious.

I made my version of taco salad. It is a recipe handed down from my aunt. It has crushed Doritos, lettuce, pinto beans, tomatoes, ground beef, cheddar cheese, green onions, french salad dressing, and Picante sauce. You mix all that up in a large bowl and serve with toppings of your choice. I also top it with low fat sour cream.

Last night I had grilled chicken.. it was really good! I had about 12 ounces of it.. so it was a pretty big piece.

I've been sick with a stomach bug so I made some chicken soup last night. It was the only thing that sounded good to me.

Taking the easy way out tonight since it's grocery night we're having pepperoni pizza. My son is going to be a very happy camper since it's his favorite thing in the whole wide world! :)

Well tonight we decided to just go the easy route and have a frozen pizza(we did cook it though). I'm thinking tomorrow though I will make a nice big dinner for the husband and kids. I think it's something they would enjoy a lot.

I think I am going to have some bratwurst tonight with a side of rice and probably some steamed broccoli. I found out last night that I am going to be moving out my apartment sooner than expected, so I need to start cleaning out the refrigerator.

Tonight I had a good dinner. My daughter came over to visit and she cooked Chicken Tom Yam. It's a spicy soup from Thailand. Needless to say, I had two helpings.

Wow Victor. That soup looks amazing! Your daughter is so sweet to make it for you. I had pizza for dinner. So unhealthy, but I had so much to do today and had no time to cook.

Yes, that soup was delicious. My daughter was more than happy to cook it. She lives on her own and she says she's bored of eating by herself. Probably she will come again next week. I will see if I can think up some other dish to cook.
