It is very healthy for your cat to get a lot of water because like humans, it flushes the toxins out of their systems and helps with UTIs. A good way to get this to happen is to buy a cat water fountain. They can be pretty pricey depending on which one you get but the health of your cat is very well worth it. I suggest it a lot because they tend to drink more then if you just set out bowls of water.
