    Hi! My name is Amanda, I am 29 and married. I work from home as a freelance writer. I grew up in a multi-cat household so naturally, as soon as the time was right, my husband and I adopted a rescue cat. He just crossed the rainbow bridge last June, and we have since gotten a kitten who I'm struggling a bit making a connection with him. If anyone has any tips on being able to love and have that 'special' connection with a feline after a beloved cat passed, please let me know!

    Welcome to the forums Amanda! I'm sorry to hear your cat crossing the rainbow bridge... I hope he's now in cat heaven. I make a connection with my kitty by tickling him in the belly! Doesn't work for all kitties tho..
