    Hello, hello! I'm pawsitively excited to become a part of this com-mew-nity.
    I'll stop with the cat talk, I swear.

    The name's Valerie. I'm a total cat person.
    Currently I'm living abroad in Japan and miss seeing the family cats desperately.

    There aren't very many cats where I live in Japan...unless I go to cat cafes.

    Hi Valerie! Welcome to the forum! I have heard of cat cafes but have never been to any. I would love to hear more about them.
    I know they are popular in Japan.

    Hi Valerie! How exciting! I've a friend living in Japan who married a Japanese man, but much before that I had shown a big interest for Japanese culture :) I'd love to visit that place one day :) Anyways, back to topic: welcome to the forum!
