Hi friends very urgent help... my kitten has dehydration...

    Hi friends I have one kitten it is approximately 8 month old
    and has got dehydration problem. I have called doctor but
    they could not come on time today they come and give the kitten
    two injection and 3 tablet. They told me that dont give water
    and milk to the kitten because it will create more problem instead of that
    give the powder of tablet mixed with vanilla ice cream and electral powder
    so I have started giving the tablet mixed with ice cream I am from india
    so I had given him tablet with icecream at 12 pm afternoon and second time
    means now I have given again the same as par doctor said. But that kitten
    wants water.but as doctor told me that dont give him water. so what to do now shall I give him
    water or not.......... please advise me....
