Perfect set of rules. If I didn't know any better, I would say it was written by a cat. Or was it dictated by a cat? I heard rumors that some cats have the telepathic ability to tell their owners what to do.

Bed mice? Oh, I see what you mean. Yes, I think it's a well-known myth among cats that the tastiest food in the world has been disguised as those little protuberances you see at the the end of every human feet. That would account for why cats simply love to take a bite off your nearest toe. Especially when you least expect it.

 

Hahaha I love the rule on the bathroom! My cat loves going in and out of the bathroom. He will fight his way inside with you and scratches for you to let him in. I have no idea why he loves going in there.

 

Well, my cats don't fight to get inside the bathroom with me. I once took a bath with the door open. There they were, all sitting in a row looking at me taking a bath. And mewling softly. Softly like sadly. Probably they were wondering how come I haven't drowned yet under all that water.

 

This is really cute and funny. I love reading things like this about cats, it makes me smile and have a great day. I agree with Victor, you would think the cats wrote these set of rules. Thanks so much for sharing!

lol this was hilarious.. i found the part about the cats following you into the bathroom to be spot on

 

Oh, no, they won't follow me into the bathroom. Not even if I paid them to do it or bribed them with smoked salmon. They sit just outside the door. Probably they felt helpless about not being able to save me from death by drowning.

Wow. That list of rules is eerily accurate, like the writer can read cats' minds.
I thought my cat Dolores was being a jerk but apparently I'm standing in the way of her having fun when I try to protect my records and books from being clawed to ribbons. How inconsiderate of me.
And apparently I only exist to serve her and clean up after her. That sounds about right.
